FlexWedge Gage Interfaces
The FlexWedge family will capture readings and send them to a PC just like you typed them on the number pad.  Simply place the cursor on the location you want to enter gage readings and press the send button.  It appears like you typed the reading and then pressed the <enter> key.

Output options are for USB and PS/2 keyboard connection.  The USB version plugs directly into the USB port and requires no driver to be loaded; it acts like an extension of your keyboard numeric pad.

The PS/2 version plugs directly into the PC's keyboard port and the keyboard is then plugged into the FlexWedge.  The FlexWedge then acts like an extension of your keyboard numeric pad.

The FlexWedge includes data send LED, data send jack, and data send button for data sending.

FlexPort Gage Interfaces
The FlexPort family of single input interfaces capture the reading of the gage and converts it to a standard RS232 output format for easy data analysis.

The FlexPort interface includes data send LED, data send jack, data send button, and accepts host commands for data sending.

The FlexPort single input connects to Mitutoyo gages or is available in other gage type versions.  Contact your FlexPort representative to discuss other gage types and uses.

FlexPort Gage Adapters
The smallest of the gage interfaces is the FlexPort Gage Adapter.  The FP-M29 will connect Mitutoyo or MTI compatible gages to a DB9 RS232 port.

The FP-M29 uses the data send button on gage or cable, and accepts host commands for data sending.
